Scotty Moir not only took his second Superbike win for Team MotoTT Suzuki at Taupo Motorsport Park this weekend, but in the process won the NZ Superbike TT with a convincing display of pace, setting the Lap Record in the process and finishing 4.8 sec’s ahead of second placed Nick Cole, moving himself in to 5th position in the Championship. Scotty uses the K-Tech 20DDS front fork cartridges and 35DDS rear shock.
After the race Scotty was understandably very excited and very pleased with his 7 year old K7 GSXR1000. He said he could push early on to establish a comfortable lead and then settled down to a brisk pace and was confident he had more "in the tank" if needed. He is now looking forward to the last round at Manfield next weekend.
