Ongoing Telephone Number Problems

Its been weeks and now we have invoked the Telecommunications Dispute Resolution (TDR) to hopefully bring this very frustrating saga to an end

Very long story short, it seems that when we changed from one telco to another years ago the transfer of our land line number was not handled properly, and its been languishing seemingly in a no mans land with nobody being able to fix it, the problem raised its ugly head 10 or so weeks ago when we had a SIM card replaced.

We are still very much still here, and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
